About Us
The Church Assemblies of the Believers Church (ABC), also known as Believers United Organization (BUO) is a living
Pentecostal church of Jesus Christ. The church was revealed to Bishop (Dr.) Godswill Ogbonnaya Ngene through
direct revelations, one of which came to him in the early hours of December 15, 1980.
Presently the church (ABC) operates in many states of the Federation in Nigeria, having over 80 branches,
15 Sections still under one District, (soon to be re-created into more Districts), over 136 ministers both male
and female in pay roll. The church also has non ministerial staff, in her pay roll.
The church still operate under
one Apostle and General Overseer in the person of Bishop Dr. Moses E. Otozi since June 2012, who also serves as the
District Administrator in the church after the death of the former Apostle in March, 2012.
The church ABC was incorporated in the year 1991 on the month of July, 23rd. with the Federal Republic of Nigeria under
the land (Perpetual succession) Act, Cap. 98.
To evangelize the whole world with the instruments of Love and undiluted word of God as our Lord Jesus comes. (Matt. 28:18-20)
And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.
Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost...
The aims and objectives of the church ABC are to preach and spread the gospel of Jesus Christ in the world, and to build up and promote the progress of the church of Jesus Christ as set forth in the constitution (The Code of the Believers) and also "Reaching the unreached and doing the undone with the gospel of Jesus Christ" ...

Unity College of Theology & Seminary (UCTS), Okposi
The institution Unity College of Theology and Seminary was established by the General Executive Council (GEC)
of Assemblies of the Believers Church (ABC) on 11th April 2018, for the purpose of training ministers of God
for effectiveness in their calling. The college has its motto as "Equipping the called with the right word
to serve the dying world." By God's grace the institution, UCTS Okposi, has recorded about 180 intakes of students
from ABC and other denominations, out of which 48 have graduated from its Diploma in Theology program just in the space of three and
half years of its establishment.
With the efforts of the pioneer Rector Rev. J. O. Godswill, the General
Executive Council of ABC, and host of seasoned academicians in the institution, UCTS has been able to upgrade to
another three-year degree program in different departments of choice, namely: department of Theology, department of
Missions and Communication, and department of Christian Education, all strickly for those who have at least two-year
diploma in Theological studies. Just as the name implies, Unity College of Theology and Seminary believes in the unity
of Christian faith, hence, open to all Bible believing church denominations.

De-Best Brains Academy (DEBBA)
De-Best Brains Academy is one of the educational development initiatives of the General Executive Council (GEC)
of Assemblies of the believers church (ABC) which was established on 4th September 2017 with the aim of producing
Excellent and Productive pupils who will stand the test of time in the academic arena and other areas of life
endeavors, hence her motto, "Excellence and productivity".
At her inception, De-Best Brains Academy commenced her academic activities from Nursery 1 - 3 and primary 1 - 3 with
seven staff. However, by 2020/2021 academic session, the school has metamorphosed to primary six with over 250 pupils
and 16 well trained staff. In the same year, the school had her first common Entrance candidates and first school leaving
certificate examination with 22 pupils and their results proved that indeed we are De-Best Brains...
